1. Nice heater
I bought this heater to heat one room so I would haven't have to heat up my whole house. It works beautifully, is quiet, goes off and on as required to keep the set temperature. Oscillates nicely and the breeze from it is quite gentle. A good purchase.
2. Great features but........
This heater has great features and heats as well as can be expected from this type of heater but....the first one I bought, the fan started making noise on the low setting the first day. I exchanged it for another and it worked great for about a month and then the fan on the second one started making noise on the high setting. Disappointing because aside from the noisy fan it works great and has great features such as ambient temp readout while heating, remote control with digital display, and it puts out nice hot air. The handle, however, is terrible. Easily slips out of your hand while moving it. Needs a ridge or something inside the opening to keep your fingers from slipping out. If it wasn't for the noisy fan (on two in a row!) I would keep it but I have replaced it with another brand. I have another Lasko heater that works great. Maybe I just got unlucky, twice, with this particular model.
